What better way to celebrate Hallows Eve than with the Digital PhotoBooth! The fine folks at Red Hook-based MVS Studio opened up their doors to trick or treaters on Saturday night, offering photo fun in lieu of candy. Yep, that’s me on the left and Amelia in the middle. We also brought along a life-size cutout of Candice, which is why her expression doesn’t change. (jk, Candice – You look great!)

I tried to go all Top Chef the other night: balsamic reduction salad with roasted red peppers, onion, and zucchini, corn bread with oven-warmed goat cheese topped with beets, Rogue hazelnut brown ale, and carmelized apples soaked in whiskey on top of corn bread. So good. So corn bready. Wish you could have been there.
Poof!

I was planning on leaving for the gym right about now. Instead, I ate a bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel.
